Our contracts manager received an urgent call to a power failure at 4.00pm in the afternoon. The call was to the Data Centre at County hall, in Chester. He drove to site assessed the system ascertained the fault to be caused by a contactor failing and burning out, He then located a replacement contactor coil from Queens ferry approximately 30minutes drive, check the part drove back to site and replaced the coil. The system was tested along with the generator so as to obtain a fully operational system by 6.30pm the same day. Please see the note of thanks from A Cheshire County Council Representative:
